FACTORY - PHASE 1 (1,800 sqm)

 
Welding is performed using controlled processes to ensure strong joint integrity, structural reliability, and consistency across all components.
A controlled facility for high-quality surface finishing, ensuring consistent coating, corrosion protection, and enhanced durability.
Plate heat exchangers are assembled with precise alignment and sealing to ensure reliable performance and structural integrity.
Each unit undergoes functional testing to confirm performance and operational readiness prior to delivery.

FACTORY - PHASE 2 (1,830 sqm)

 
Plate pressing is carried out using a 15,000-ton machine to produce precise, consistent patterns essential for optimal heat transfer performance.
Plate trimming is performed using an 800-ton machine to ensure accurate dimensions and clean, consistent edges.
Plates undergo quality assurance and control processes to verify dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and compliance with specifications.

HISAKA — SERVICE CENTRE

 
Chemical soaking process is highly effective to remove scale, fouling and buildup from the plate's surfaces.
High-pressure water jetting is applied after disassembly to remove fouling, scale, and contaminants, restoring plate cleanliness and performance.
Dye penetrant processes are applied to reveal surface discontinuities, supporting the detection of defects in critical areas.
UV inspection is performed after special dye application to reveal surface defects through fluorescent indication.
Wastewater is treated through controlled processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations prior to discharge.
